Reckon they have lifted the bar a bit so far this year, enjoyed the first season but it had a couple of issues. Am also starting a count of The Wire actors appearing in this, up to 4 at last count.

Just a touch.

First season was formulaic and watchable.

Second is really really good. Fleshed out the other characters really well

The Wire alumni count is getting up there eh

Bosch's" show runner is Eric Overmyer, an executive producer of HBO's "Treme" and a consulting producer on "The Wire.

I was at Salvation Mountain and Slab City only a month or so ago...didn’t go to the Salton Sea though...was weird to see the location pop up in the show.

It is a slow burn with cases spanning multiple seasons as well as season specific cases. Solid character driven show

The thing that slows these two seasons down is the yawn fest that is the political infighting…all unlikeable characters there
