The draft order for the mid-season rookie draft is the reverse ladder order after Round 11, with the number of picks dependent on the number of open list spots. (Spots opened up as LTIs/retirees are put on the inactive list.)

Jordan Boyd is a small forward, we already have Betts, Durdin, Fisher, Owies & Gibbons on the list so I'm not sure we needed him in preference to an alternate player type.

Yeah the suns but we would of taken Ned before Ash. Pies could of had both Johnson and Callow in a perfect world

Be interesting to see how Hawthorn manage all of Lewis, Kozi, Jeka and now Callow. Reasonable chance all crack it but I struggle to see them getting near the Roughead/Franklin/Dunstall/Brereton-tier. Guess some of them could play in defence.

Koschitzke was drafted as a key defender and will probably move back there at some stage.

Ruckmen seem to have gotten a lot bigger in the last 10 years.

Great result for us. 2 guys who we obviously rate as characters and who have excelled at their current level.

Newcombe hopefully a Sam Mitchell styled pick up. And Callow who will hopefully fit in with our other young talls. Jeka, Kosi, and Lewis.

Wasn't that impressed with Moyle's highlights and Clarkson doesnt rate rucks as much as some do.

Pies passing on Callow when they are playing their best defender forward was strange.

Maher, Gribble, Thorne and Raak all left out!
