Agree with this. Means its much more difficult for bottom sides to revitalise their list.Still maintain that one of the biggest problems is the salary cap floor is too high. It means that the worst teams pay almost the same for the list as the top teams (even with the banking over years). Its too hard for them to have enough money in the cap to have enough difference to attract a player.
For example if you had the choice to go to Geelong and contend for a flag right now or go to North for an extra $100k but struggle for the next 3-4 years. Why is it a surprise where players end up?
