I was surprised to see him thrown straight into the middle, but he didn't look out of place at all. Could play a forward/mid role at AFL level.

Pickett got suspended so already had his week off. Maybe that's all it is?

My best 5 today:
Parker - solid 4 quarter game. Had 20 disposals but also had the 10 tackles, conversion let him down a little
Stack - getting back to his best roaming across the HB line, used it well when coming out of D50 and impacted defensively
RCD - probably our best midfielder on the day 2nd most disposals for the side with most hard earned. Good to see him not drop his head after losing his spot in the 22
Pickett - a class above and it showed early on. A little quieter in the second half but probably saving himself a little for Friday night
Ross - played across HB rather than in the midfield and showed plenty of composure when under pressure and was sure with his ball use
