well after 7 weeks, we have finally been mentioned on the afl media's podcasting landscape.
after 47 hours of content, we made a breakthrough.
(edit, we were skipped for 7 weeks and mentioned on the 8th)
the age's real footy podcast, fox footy x2, on the couch (the good bad and the ugly does not count), afl 360, afl exchange and damian barretts podcast included fremantle in their football analysis.
The total was less than 10 minutes.
We will be forever be grateful for the touching gesture. (that was in no way related to playing Victoria's biggest club)

Might be better off anyway. The one time this year we were being talked up in the media was before the eagles game and it was just about the most disappointing game from the club in ten years.
With plenty of injury added to the insult for good measure.

How has the club been complaining and carrying on?
We packed our bags and went to Melbourne as soon as we got told to, we tried to get the game moved to Tassie which was rejected and we then moved on and are content with the game in Geelong.
I'm not sure where he is getting this view from?

These Vic football personalities are scared we’re going to do some damage in the back half of the year and want to put us off our game. That’s all I can think of.
If you wanted to see carry on from a club that had their second game of the year moved to an away game , They should have done it to the Eagles.

This is complete garbage from King. I think if any club is going to be aware of the impact of travel it will be us. Having to travel when the other side doesn't is literally the opposite of a home game. If he thinks that driving to Geelong and flying to Tassie and staying in a hotel is comparable it's pretty clear he doesn't leave the house much.
