It's the same colour used in 91. They did a poll and asked the ex players and they decided on 91. It was a tie between 91 and 84.

Speaking of which... The Jets changed their Twitter cover photo to fans in the gold and one Jets fan has pledged to rock up at their first game next season "dressed in all gold and body painted gold as well." And the club has also tweeted close-ups of their badge in gold. Jets back in gold for 2021/22... Watch this space.

I think the Storm are wearing it for NAIDOC week but they had they bye last week while it was on. I don't know why Newcastle stuck to their alternate when in my opinion they should be in their heritage
