Geelong joined the VFL/AFL in 1897 and has won 9 Premierships.

Richmond joined the VFL/AFL in 1908 and has won 13 Premierships.

Why is Geelong so very underwhelming considering the extra 11 years in the competition?

All those trips up the highway has fatigued them.
