If cats are fair dinkum for the title they get it done. Hardwick knows how to beat Geelong. Ramp up pressure , limit space, take away control and put pace on the game.
Cats scoring at the G is very low this season except for tigers game. Maybe ‘Caro’ was right and cats have the jitters at the G?
Close game!

If the Tigers can reproduce last weeks form they are a real chance. Although if it's moved to the Cattery then I'd have to think the Cats are really strong favourites anyhow. The Cats are clearly one of, if not the, best team with year so far. So for them to lose would be a pretty major upset.

Cats must win this as they are the in form team playing against a struggling team that is outside the eight… no excuses.
A great time for them to hone their game at the MCG against mid table opposition.

Should be an easy win for the cats against a depleted dusty less tigers. Anything less than a comprehensive victory for the boys from sleepy hallow would not be a good result for them at all. Can’t even begin to think what the fallout would be if the tigers somehow got up.
A bruise free win of any margin will suffice, LOL

If Geelong can't beat a mid table Richmond team that's missing 7-8 very important best 22 players, then they certainly can't win the flag this year.
Richmond don't lose to the same team twice in the same season so Tiges by 26.

I didn’t think this Richmond side loses 5 in a row, but hey, it happened in 2021

How dare you. o_O It was only 4 losses in a row. There was a bye after the Eagles loss.

In fact, somewhat similar to what happened in 2017. Mid season slump of 4 losses in a row, followed by great form 5 rounds out from finals.
2019 flag similar also, mid season slump (injuries) Win the last 12 games.

But...

The difference this year being our important players that are out injured will not be coming back. This team has proven that it should never be written off until there's no chance, but not having the match winning GOAT for finals will make it very tough.

Tiges for the flag confirmed

Yeah I got it. Not really worth mentioning in comparison though.
Let's face it. Dusty sitting out the rest of the season and recovering from a potential career ending injury is probably a blessing for the Tiges. He's been a bystander for much of this season. Give a youngster a go who cares about H&A games and not just finals
