His emergence over the past 10 weeks has been the highlight of the season for me. He is exactly what this team needs. He also needs to know when not to lead. I observed him lead a few times and take that space from the key forwards. Needs to curtail his enthusiasm at going for everything and will be a better team player.

I think that will come with a bit of feedback from the coaches and experience. He is a natural.
