In 2023 why can't a fully vaccinated team and staff fly between Auckand and East Coast Australia.

Regular testing.
Charted flights
Smart fixturing. Fly into Qld and play all 3 Qld teams 3 weeks in a row and return home few a few rounds.
When teams fly into Auckland, they bubble it play and leave.
Only play games in Auckland, don't travel to other cities in NZ for 2023.
