I'd be mindful of the fact that by the book- SB don't need to honour any bonus bet back if the wager is placed before they have advertised the promo.

I know they do the promo every week, and may well choose to honour it before it's advertised (?), but be aware that they only have to honour it after they have advertised it for that week.

if it's not on it's all good, was going to bet serong anyway so this just gives a tiny bit of insurance if they have it

If Fremantle have a decent win, are they not still a chance for finals?

Would leave them on 40 points, same as the Eagles, and a decent win would bring percentage closer to level.

Meanwhile the Giants and Richmond play each other, only one will be on 40 (+) points after this weekend.

If Geelong roll the Saints, it only leaves Essendon as a stumbling block (playing the Suns, who knows?)

I haven't been following the comp much lately and have not done a ladder predictor thing, sorry if I'm way off.

Help me out here.

If a ten goal win by the Dockers gives them a shot at finals, given the way this season has been, I'd fancy a dabble...

They have played well in spurts but its starting to get a bit beyond them I think.
Key backs injured to help contain WC big forwards, midfield is now missing Fyfe and Brayshaw, arguably Freos 2 best players.
Forward line filled with role players.

Can see west coast winning this by a big margin. but its been a weird year to be fair

Plus the forecast for the game is a sunny 21 degrees. Feels like West Coast have played so many matches this year in shitty wet conditions which is their natural kryptonite. Andrew Gaff will also be happy.... he'll pick up his 30+ cheapies no problem this week.

Gonna wait for the teams to come out but Bulldogs are going to have to reshuffle their forward line with Bruce out. One likely scenario is Sweet coming in to take the no.1 ruck position and Tim English moving forward so he might be one to back if that is the case.

2.5u - GWS +6.5 - $2 - Ladbrokes
Was waiting for the news around Greene’s appeal to come through but is taking a long time. Giants look like getting a lot of players back so this one should come in, even more so if Greene is named. Pretty big game here to shape out one of the final spots in the top 8, a win for the Giants basically confirming that spot. Was two years ago now, but would be know better feeling for some of the remaining Giants players that were a part of their losing GF team to put an end to flag hopes for Richmond. Lots of quality players look set to return for the Giants; Kelly, Mumford, Hopper, Davis, and Hogan all looking likely. The tigers have been an absolute shell of a team that we’ve gotten so used to, and even on the weekend they were almost blown away by an improving North side. There’s still questions marks around that result as North were quite poor turning the ball over in some important areas and just not being as polished as what you would expect from a team like the Giants.

3u - Adelaide under 57.5 - $1.88 - TopSport
1u - Melbourne -59.5 - $3.40 - 365
0.5u - Melbourne -79.5 - $8.50
Adelaide seem to be done for the year, they have announced the delisting of a few experienced heads and also go into this one with out Reilly O’Brien who is a big part of their side often getting back an intercept marking. Crows have a few forced changes to make at the selection tank and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them play some of the kids or give opportunities to a few blokes fighting for a contract. The Demons already have the strongest defence in the cop, and without tex in the crows forward line they look a bit dysfunctional. Was a massive effort by the crows to get close to the Power on the weekend. Earlier in the season the crows put in a huge effort to knock off the Dees, that’ll be fresh in their heads and opens up a dangerous spot for the crows in a match they’ll be seeking revenge. A match in the middle of the day in nice conditions is a perfect opportunity for Melbourne to pile on a score.

2.5u - West Coast -13.5 - $1.90 - Ladbrokes
West Coast look a good chance to regain Shuey, Ryan and Barrass this weekend in what is a must win game for them to potentially cement themselves a spot in the top 8. Freo on the other hand will be without close to their top 3 players in Fyfe, Walters, and Brayshaw, along with other first 22 players. Last time these teams met, West Coast came into it smashed with injuries against what was a stronger Freo side than they will face this weekend, they ran away 59 point winners with the dockers key forwards having a dominant day. Freos record vs top 8 teams is weak going at a 2-8 record for the season. West Coast will take a lot from the late match surge they had against Melbourne and will be looking to build on that in conditions that suit their game much more.

2.5u - Fremantle under 70.5 points - $1.88 - TopSport
Have been battling of late and have failed to score more than 58 points in their last four games. This can likely be attributed to the fact that Fyfe, Walters and also the height and marking prowess of Lobb is missing from the side. Add in the fact that Brayshaw is missing through suspension and it Mundy is likely to cop a Hutchings tag, it’ll be very tough for Freo to win clearances and move the ball into their already weakened forward line.
