You're not sure why? Because clearly he wants to get into some form of coaching. Of he's offered 1 year at Collingwood but 2 years elsewhere with a coaching role to follow. No brainer for him

Lol, dude...he literally just stated in his interview he's keen to move on if someone is offering him a coaching role after retirement. DUDELOL. Dude he will get a coaching gig anywhere he wants. He still wants to play next year. Lighten up.

You draft Schlensog with our pick in the 20's (ideally, if he's there)We need to address our lack of KPD depth. With Jones injured and an interrupted pre season, might be worth bringing him in to help.
Cerra will no doubt cost our first pick. If that's the case, I reckon we won't be trading our future first. So how do we bring in a high quality KPD? Other option is to take a gamble on Talia.
I've just discovered Cheers recently. Brilliant, well acted comedy.Best show of all time for me, alongside MASH and Cheers.
Stadium deals, fixturing, MRO farce, players favoured, players targeted, rule of the week, makey uppy rules about priority picks, usually favouring expansion clubs, limitless expansion club resourcing, broadcasters silenced by the AFL because AFL own them, knee jerk rule changes etc. etc
Please convince me that either Buddy, Selwood or Martin would've received the same punishment that Plowman, Williams or Greene received for EXACTLY the same infraction
Please convince me that Carlton would receive the same priority pick as GC under EXACTLY the same conditions
Please convince me that Ron Evans** would've applied the same sanctions to Essendon back in 2002 **He owned Spotless catering as well
I'm only using Carlton examples...as an example
The AFL is an incredibly corrupt boys club...IMHO, yeah yeah
Love him. Seems so far from the FIGJAM some rumours about it suggested. Maybe he's actually a sensitive soul who doesn't fit in easily in a testosterone filled environment?
Ralph or Sam?
Cycling!!!Thats not what you said. You specifically stated the AFL was the most corrupt sporting body IN THE WORLD.
Athletics..
Widespread doping, secret police inside anti-doping laboratories, bribes, the destruction of blood samples, extortion..
Soccer..
over a dozen current and former FIFA officials indicted. FIFA officials charged with racketeering, wire fraud, and money laundering after a FBI investigation accused them of accepting bribes to host the World Cup.
Slave labour in Qatar building the stadium's for the world Cup leading to dozens of deaths and human rights violations..
Cricket
The Indian Premier League reeling from a corruption scandal that broke in 2013, which saw two of the league’s eight teams suspended. Dozens of people, including players and team officials, were arrested and later charged for illegal betting and match fixing.
Boxing Federations...Russian Olympic drugs programs and cover ups...Cycling drug coveups.. Tier 1 and 2 European Football Leagues owned by criminals rife with match fixing..
I'll pit these examples up against your fixturing, stadium deals and favouritism of Joel Selwood..
But thanks for the lolz..
Would be genuinely interesting to see what these discussions with Lyon and Clarkson entail and who is running the process? Not a dig at the club - but it almost feels like the two aforementioned will be interviewing us.
I suspect the fact that his brain goes several layers deeper than the average AFL footballer can rub some players the wrong way.
Spot likes this.My hot ITK rumour was that he thought again about his Afghanistan family holiday
Ralph or Sam?
If you like him that`s your right, but he does come across as holier than thou sometimes, and has a Geelong bias as big as GMHBA stadium, but he is easier to like than Slobbo, but that is stating the bleeding obvious of course!!!Smugness? Why? Because he articulates his point in a way that’s clearly above other journos?
I think if there’s one thing he isn’t, it’s smug. I think he calls most things fairly and without any bias. One of my faves.
Yeah love Stocker. All class.I want to spend a minute talking about young Stocker.
He quite frequently puts on his Instagram story advice for those struggling with mental health. Last month he was comforting JSOS after the Collingwood game for Serge. Yesterday he was by TDK's side after he was knocked out. Just today he made another post saying how grateful he was for the opportunity to play for us.
This kid is something so special, a natural leader and a great person. I hope he gets a rising star nom this week.

When it comes to Clarko, he may well be … and I wouldn’t blame him.
Just went back through AlphaBlue’s posts; he has got a pretty good strike rate and doesn’t ever suggest to be ITK, seems to trust his mail and be honest when it isn’t the best source.
So it is decided, I will be celebrating the absolute, concrete fact that Clarkson will be coaching the Blues next year. This is my affirmation. I will not end up with egg on my face.
