• Matrick Belton

Yep--- it might not be what us "wrestling nerds" like, but it's no different than comparing the Marvel Cinematic Universe compared to the comic books. The WWE is marketing to a wider audience. SummerSlam 2021 was the most watched & most profitable SummerSlam of all time. The WWE is a money making machine at the moment.

It disappoints me that it currently doesn't provide the style of entertainment that I enjoy, but I understand why it's being done.

All that is good and well but at the end of the day, in my opinion, they need to have charisma and be able to talk. If you can tick those things plus the above you can create a superstar.
We've seen heaps of muscle men but with zero personality.
