Sando won't be there in any capacity next year. Wrighty was just being nice about him to help him pick up another job elsewhere.

Reasonably happy, I have good recollections of his time as our development coach. Pleased they didn't select anyone from my "I'll puke if they choose ..." list.
Fewer references to his former affiliations would have better but he recognises what got him to this point. It'll be interesting to see what list changes are put in place now. A terrible period in list management is behind us, I hope.
Good luck to everyone, a new coach is a new journey.
