Most Improved - Paddy Dow

A few frustrating, narrow, losses in the first half of the season that can be put down to growing pains but clear signs of improvement. We emerge as the team with the best record in the competition after the bye. Storm into finals pn thr back of securing fourth in the last round of the season.

We knock off top placed team in week one. We back up our performance in the prelim to make the 2022 AFL Grand Final against a Port or Melbourne and the game becomes a bit of a crapshoot.

Lots of players have their best season to date under Clarko but Dow emerges as a serious AA squad member. Curnow comes second in the Coleman with McKay finishing about seventh.

Walsh goes one better for the AFLPA MVP but is deemed to have lost too many votes to teammates to edge the Brownlow.

Carlton will play hardball with Pick 6 for Cerra given Cook is onboard and the possibility of Wells and SoS joining the band again. We will walk or get a deal done involving freos future first a top 20 pick or an early 2nd rounder

Head coach - Lyon or Kingsley
Captain - Cripps
Ladder finish - 7th
Best & Fairest - Walsh
Star recruit - Cerra
Leading goal kicker - McKay
Most improved - Dow & Honey

Strong defensively but attacking when we can, balanced gameplan and creative ball movement, unconditional as a team, team first all the one percenters, great attack at the contest and maximum defensive effort and pressure…

Start building some type of sustainable game style that will stand up against the top teams, a level that all us members supporters and fans can be proud of knowing what we stand for and bring every week…
