download html list

Hey, I'm looking to download the list of the time of player involvements (the Extended list of the times in the Player Involvements box on the right), anyone have any ideas how? I'm looking at editing some player footage.
I already have the full match downloaded, I just dont want to have to watch the whole match to pick out Tracs disposals etc.

I thought it would've been easier but it not after looking around, could you record it?

I tried to but it just downloaded the whole game. Was hoping just to be able to scrape the html and grab the list of the times but haven't been able to.
Could screen record it but not sure how the quality would be.

edit - Got it: Q108:42Uncontested Possession o Q108:43Kick o Q108:43Effective Kick o
Comes out as qtr number and time and involvement type and then seperated by an o, so it's easier to parse.

Wait so is sorted?

Make sure you click on Extended Highlights so it loads all their involvements (otherwise you miss some) then if I right click on where it says Player Involvements I have an option to Save Page As, then choose to save it as a plain text file. (Firefox lets me save it as text but not Chrome for some reason)
Scroll down the text file and you eventually get something like this:
