Both Vic and NSW received agreed upon vaccine boosts, though NSW was proportionally larger and primarily Pfizer.

However, Vic didn't receive Pfizer siphoned from other states GP allocation. Done secretly.

Vic didn't have resources redirected to establishing additional GP clinics by the feds, away from other states.

Vic did though, have large numbers of pharmacies refused or delayed certification by the Fed to dispense vaccines, whilst it redoubled efforts to approve way above quota the number operating in NSW.

i think was a couple of months later but reflective of fears at the time of lack of mask supply for front line health care workers (was discussed early in the Wuhan covid thread at the time as well). There was real lack of PPE situation overseas (Italy, New York); we have been more fortunate here and have generally had sufficient stock. Hence low health care staff infections from known/ suspected patients.

And pity you if you have a standard asthma attack, you have to wait with the other "possible covid symptom" patients until a cubicle is free (and risk catching it from one of your fellow waiting patients)

Could have just let them walk, give them no media coverage and SFA would have happened.

Protestors are w***ers and all that (goes for most protests) but better ways to handle it than the way the government and police did. They easily incited the idiots to behave the way they did.
