A very valid question, I thought the same. The ref was a bit naf, missed the strip of the ball over in the corner against Gutherson, then stopped the play for the Penrith player with a sore foot!! Penrith got an interchange out of it when it wasn't a HIH. Unlucky Eeels, but 2 tries in 2 games from the Panthers is not the form you want going into a GF. Imo.
