Yea, need immediate youngish reinforcements and plan/draft for the long term future in case they don’t work out.

Don't get me wrong - you certainly don't want a bunch of 18 year olds running around - that's a recipe for punishment.

However what is worse than that? Finishing 18th by a country mile and having an older team than the Grand Finalists?

Either way we are in a painful position and good decisions need to be made from here.

Holding onto too many veterans is not the way forward for us.
