GWS might be an option for Clarko, bring some success to an expansion team. Surely that list is better than 6th? Maybe their window can be yanked back open

4th, 6th, 2nd, 10th, 6th over the last 5 years, not good enough?
Clarko is as good as signed, sealed and delivered at GC in 2023, the AFL would be well and truely behind Clarko's year off so they can freshen him for 2023

Bitter sweet day for Carlton FC. New coach at double the rate of our club in our years. As well as the passing of John Eliott. Love him or hate him, he did bring the baggers Glory (club paid for it in the end). But Rest In Peace John.

What happened to all the Blues supporters who were adamant a few weeks back that Clarkson was taking the gig?

Instead it's Michael Voss! This is better than when Malthouse wrecked their club.

Unfortunately I think the blues will turn things around next season and play finals. They will appoint their new coach next week which will allow them to focus on their biggest on field deficiency - leadership.

We are behind them in our rebuild but I'm confident we have the pieces in place to go past them in 3 to 4 years

When you say 'go past them' that'd mean we're playing finals in two years time.

While that is possible, that'd be some sort meteoric rise, and development like the comp has never seen before. Not to mention a lineal trajectory upward, which is very rare.

That would also entail some drop off from the blose.
