It might be news to you that there is a world wide shortage of IC Nurses. Guess why?
Mate i work at the hospital i mentioned in my post above. Im giving an insight into whats happening. I watched my ex struggle to get employment as a nurse after graduating here during the outbreak of the pandemic, simply because she was born in Nepal. If you're going to ask a condescending sarcastic question you can cram it.

It’s odd that of the people dying from Covid 19 in Australia, it’s the unvaccinated who are dying in greater numbers than anybody else. It’s odd because it’s that group who keep insisting they have nothing to fear.

Its not odd at all. Its just stupid on their behalf.
Our population will have a higher IQ at the end of all this.

This is disgusting. The anti vaxers are threatening people online, marching on the streets and are now assaulting people wearing masks in recreation areas.
They have become a death cult. They know they're going to die from Covid 19 if they don't get vaccinated so are going to take as many of us with them.

No they are dumber than that.
They think they wont die from anything.
They think there are weird conspiracies going on. But they is smarter.

They are all tough guys, except they are scared of a widdle needle prick.
And as soon as they get sick they’ll break all records rushing to hospital.
So…

Well, this is disturbing. The guy himself must have had some odd views. But he is clearly coaxed out of the hospital by this rwnj anti vaxer. He can barely breath then the poor bastard, no wonder he died.

This isn't well-known at all, but back when the Corrs were still a thing there was actually a Corr brother, invisible as he was, in amongst all those hot Corr sisters. Wee Jimmy Corr is, these days, an anti-vax nutjob

Facebook has placed a warning on musician Jim Corr’s account that he espouses anti-vaccine views and directing visitors to the World Health Organisation’s website to obtain accurate information.

“This page posts about vaccines,” states the notice. “When it comes to health, everyone wants reliable, up-to-date information. Learn why the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends vaccinations to prevent many diseases.”

A member of the Corrs band with his three sisters, Jim Corr has described vaccines as a form of “Russian roulette” and a “lucrative” source of income for pharmaceutical multinationals.

“What if we were actually meant to get mild childhood illnesses like measles so as to help prime our immune systems into fighting much greater diseases in later life?” he has said...

Oh Wee Jimmy, medical science is just kickstarting the natural immune response process by introducing weakened pathogens that get the human body to ramp up an immuno-response.

And it's the chicken pox you want kids to get early on to develop a lifetime response against, NOT the measles. The measles can kill a child.

A double-vaccinated husband and wife who had been married for 50 years have died of Covid-19 within 12 hours of each other.

Ermagawd!!!
“May Cropley, 71, had been diagnosed with cervical cancer and an autoimmune condition called Good's syndrome, while her 73-year-old husband John suffered from vasculitis - inflammation of the blood vessels - affecting his lungs.”

The wife refused treatment after her husband died. It’s tragic.

What does this tell us? Nothing new. You can still get a virus and develop the disease while vaccinated.

Vaccination increases CHANCES of fighting the virus faster, reduces symptoms, reduces the CHANCES of going to hospital and reduces the CHANCES of dying.

So the best path is vaccination for all.

I agree. These sensational, anecdotal stories of either anti-vaxxers dying with Covid, or the double vaccinated dying with it - don't add anything to the informed body of scientific opinion. There is ambiguity in the diagnostic rules that the politicians and media loves to play on. Under Australia's diagnostic rules the Cropleys would both have been assigned as Covid-19 deaths. It's meaningless.

More autopsies might give us good data but strangely that idea has not been widely supported.
