Is it all on Nuno though ? His Wolves team played some great football. Maybe your supporter base has overrated your own players.
Yes. The way he sets up the team is horrible. Against Palace he plays 3 DM's and we have no way of moving the ball up the pitch. Against Chelsea he puts Kane on the left. Yesterday going 433 with Alli and Ndombele on either side of midfield played to no ones strengths

His Wolves side were trash for the last 12 months of his reign. 17th last for goals scored last season, 9th 2 seasons ago and 14th the year before that. They might have been attacking when he had the help of Mendes smashing the Championship. That looks like what we will be doing next season if he keeps his job!

Love how England fans and Tottenham fans massive overrate Harry Kane. Never a big game player, wants all the ball up forward. A massive liability rather then necessity. Son is better. England have better options as striker that suits the team. But alas keep living in that dreamworld

Can't argue with the first part.

In terms of wanting all of the ball up forward that's largely due to the fact we have no creativity without him. It is little wonder he led the PL in assists and was top 5 in the top 5 leagues. Without him creating goals for the likes of Son or chances for himself we will be lucky to score 50 goals all season.

Hes not there to create assists. If he is, then play him as a attacking mid and have Moura as lone striker. Seem to play better football with moura anyway. That’s like having Salah as assists leader. Completely pointless stat

We have nobody else able to make those passes to create chances since Eriksen

10million is more appropriate at this point. Spurs were competing well first few games. Now He comes back in, and they’re garbage.
Nah they didn't play well against wolves and city they got lucky with those wins.

Getting found out now.

In fairness they sold Jota in late Sept and then lost Jimenez for the season.

Explains the drop from 14th 2 years prior which was also poor
It was their first season back in the Prem…only finished within 5 goals of about 5-6 other teams. Yes he’s defensive but he took over a pretty poor Spurs defence. Reckon should’ve gone with Potter…smart operator

My points more they were never overly attacking or exciting. Don't doubt they did well that first season back just questioning that they were some sort of amazing attacking side

Kane certainly looks checked out. Didn’t even muster his usual tough guy challenge when things don’t go his way.

Still, I always chalk him down for a goal or assist in an NLD. This particular assist for Saka though was a thing of beauty.

It's unfair to say Kane has checked out. He's the ultimate professional. Just before Saka's goal he made a slide tackle block in his defensive penalty area. The ball fell the wrong way but you can't fault his commitment.

That was about the only time he sprinted in the match and that was because he made a mess of it up the other end. It was also a pretty reckless tackle that could easily have end up as a penalty

Definitely not his best game but he could have scored two or three. If he had checked out he wouldn't have tracked back like that. His tackle potentially saved a goal, it just bounced the wrong way.

He clearly didn't want to stay at Spurs but Nuno has to back him in and the fans need to cut him some slack.

I think all this predictable talk of Ole Out after a disappointing last couple of weeks from Man Utd (from their POV) is absolute nonsense and shows a complete lack of serious football IQ and nous fro many of said fans.

Ditto Nuno Out from Spurs fans.

Sprinting back to atone for giving the ball away is kind of what you’d expect in a situation like that I would’ve thought.
