The ESPN app has worked fine for me - both in showing live matches and matches on demand.

TNT's coverage is...interesting.

Not sure what Charles Barkley can bring (but then if 9 can get Tood Woodbridge hosting the Ashes coverage...)

Also, the pre-game for the Caps v Rangers games seemed to be little more than a 45 minute love-in for Gretzky, with the game itself seeming like little more than a sideshow for the presenters.

You can (at no additional cost if you have Foxtel/Fetch sports packs). It's certainly a lot cheaper than paying for a NHL.tv subscription, and from what I can see you get the same coverage of all matches live/on demand.

2 Caps goals were scored with zero commentary as they were chatting to Gretzky and oblivious that there was a game going on.

Confident Dallas are a playoff team. Think the max for the Stars will be win a playoff series / 2nd round exit.
