It’s in the past, hopefully we’ll bound ahead with decent strides, however we must be patient it may take a couple of seasons at let’s to recalibrate culture , work ethic and determination and desire to bring home a flag.
We have a more driven , skilled and experienced coaching team, different set of hands altogether.
Onwards & Upwards Blues.

Good stream. The two things that were reiterated tonight.

1/ the players that work hardest mentally and physically rise to the top

2/ they are good young men still finding there way in football in life

Let’s enjoy the journey with them

3/ Lachie Plowman is greatly underrated by most of our supporter base!

Closer than many predicted with Walsh Weitering and Harry the top 3. Congratulations to all the boys.

One thing I did notice when players were being interviewed was that there seemed to be a renewed determination to right the wrongs of 2021 and step up next year. I sensed the players felt some responsibility for the way they performed this year and there is an expectation almost an entitlement that 2022 will be different.

Lets hope so.

Congrats Sam Walsh you absolute legend!

B&F John Nicholls medal, All Australian, 2nd in AFLPA MVP and 4th in the Brownlow. What an amazing 2021 for a young player. Proud of you mate. 👏
