I've been here 16 seasons and never once been called a talent. Or paid a compliment for that matter.

If you don't have a preferred team - you can leave that blank - then be prepared for a flood of offers. Take your time and try to understand what the teams are about. Are they deliberately antagonistic, are they into gifs and spam - there are a range of different options.
