The numbers six and three are our most sacred numbers at our club. Only the most valuable players get these numbers. These numbers belonged to Sutton and Whitten.

But Bont wears number four, already a premiership player, has played in two grand finals and we reasonable expect him to play in future grand finals, hopefully winning ones. Other accolades include MVP, MV young player, MV captain, second in the Brownlow, expected he will win at least one Brownlow in his career. Numerous goal of the year nominations, including the one he arguably should have won goal of the year, when he was just a pup, in his game against Melbourne. Bont is turning 26 next year, hitting the peak age for a player, so his best is yet to come.
