Its all in the AFL annual report if you can be bothered.

AFL Annual Reports - AFL.com.au
Why bother presenting people like this with the information?

They are trolling and with the chip on their shoulder they never wanted the actual information.

They would rather attack smaller Victorian clubs in their deluded belief that those clubs have no right to exist.

Is there anywhere to review this data?

2021 is not up there yet, but having looked at 2020 data the following is what it says

View attachment 1283269

From the above we can see North received the 5th most from AFL distributions - behind GWS, GC, Brisbane and St Kilda. This distribution list also doesn't factor in how much each club gave the AFL as well

Doesnt factor in a few things - the base distribution all clubs are entitled to, plus additional funds for playing at Docklands that are distributed back from central revenue including AFLW, AFL membership and Docklands signage and other things. North actually break it down in their reports - most clubs dont.

Funny how there is only one person in this thread that seems to have an issue.

What's even more funny is that they support a team that was 'invited' to join this league yet somehow they think they can call for the merger/ discontinuation of original clubs with over 100 years of history!

Asking for facts and meaning of the term 'debt free' = trolling. Yeah ok

You are right, that's exactly what was posted!

This is what current equalisation policies were designed in part to fix. If West Coast were struggling they'd get the same benefits that Port Adelaide and Brisbane are for instance. It isnt just Victorian clubs or the new boys on the block that benefit.

Over the last 2 years we've seen a number of clubs with big debts get free - Carlton, Melbourne, Western Bulldogs, and now North Melbourne. The last three arent wanting to see the policies ended until draws and stadium deals are fair and equitable. And thats probably fair enough.

Well done North

Why is this data difference to AFL annual report?
The AFL report includes other distributions included in the total.

The figure you'd actually want is the one that is (total AFL money to the club)-(total club money to AFL) = total support to club

Then ranked by total

Why should this matter to this thread?

The insinuation previously was that it's great to get out of debt but if a club in debt had been sent millions of extra dollars (by other clubs) to pay it off then it's an important thing to know.

But this is already well known as well as the reasons behind the equalisation funds. Unless you are suggesting, without any evidence of course, that we have received funding over and above what we were entitled to?

I'm not making any assertions at all. You'll notice I was providing figures from reports and clarifying how to read it.
