You’d have to think our plan is to trade in a KPD at some stage? Just like Melbourne traded in Lever and May. It makes sense. Good KPD’s don’t cost as much a good KPF’s and good Midfielders. Our history of drafting KPD’s has been more miss than hit.

Lever cost 2 x R1 picks.

Interesting. Goater, archer and Bergman all defenders. Atu, Young and Hayden in trouble end of year possibly
Two of the draftees have versatility to play elsewhere. Especially Goater.

Had JHF 1st in my rankings, Goater 3rd, Curtis 19th.

Excited at what Bergman and Archer might become with the right attitude and development.

What a bloody draft.

Mate if you're not getting paid to do this already, I hope someone, somewhere in club land has been reading your commentary and reaches out to offer a gig.

Not necessarily.

Huge step up for Jackson, we gave him a VFL game, but the best level he's ever played is as a mid tier defender in the NAB League. Bergman needs a lot of weight also.

Can see one or two of them going, but not all.
