I don’t know if much will change with this squad.

Ronaldo is ego in human form. An outstanding player in so many ways, but his move back to Utd was motivated by what always motivates Ronaldo - personal glory. He wants to be seen as the returning hero who propels Utd to trophies. His petulance when we smacked them 5-0 betrayed how much he cares more for himself than the team.

I feel like when we activated his release clause we activated his curse too. Never injured at Atletico? Injured at Arsenal. Hits frequent long goals? Couldn't hit the side of a barn at Arsenal.
