Also, that whole “thousand points of light for the homeless man” was kind of a give away.

Absolutely rocker here, meanwhile, an anthem for African liberation.

I think Neil Young sued for copyright infringement and won.
NO honest human wants to be associated with a halfwit piece of s**t like Trump.
The only "musician" willing to put his name to the Trump campaign was the talent-less illiterate almost rhymer, extortionist of black Americans and campaigner himself Kaye West

It’s bizarre how the right wing of American politics could even imagine how a Neil Young song could ever align to their particular belief structure.
But here we are, about to enter 2022 and they keep pushing that play button.
Unfortunately for the right, the left are way too linquisitive and have a firmer grip on reality than they’ve ever had and ever will.
The blues, jazz, funk, rock, post rock, punk, new wave, new romantic, loose fit, grunge…….were all movements against right wing politics, they will never escape this fact and it is encumbent upon us to remind them.
All music from the cotton picking fields til now, if gloried by music lovers, is inherently on the left side of the political concious spectra.
If someone could point me to a right wing tinged anthem song that changed the world, I’m all ears.

Right wingers dont want to change the world and thus they will never write a song about something they dont want to happen. They want the world to stay the same. Its leftwingers that want to change the world And make it better. Right wingers fear the change will make it worse.

The Left have always sought a better outcome for “the all”.
No falllacy required, we are better in every aspect of humanism compared to the right.

Really, I am gobsmacked you even think like this . Left wingers want it fair . Its not ******* hard ! * the right , you refuse to answer questions. Why should aged pensioners be put on the Indue card at all ? Why won't you release the minutes of the meetings ? Are you going to release another Robt Debt on the public?

right wingers want things to be fair too. They believe socialism and welfare distribution and positive discrimination is unfair as it doesnt fairly reward effort and talent.

To put it extremely simplistically. left wingers believe the world is not currently fair and needs to change. Rights wingers believe it is fair and dont want it to change and become unfair.

im not making a judgement as to whether left or right wingers are right by the way.

im a lefty and i believe the governments ultimate goal should be utilitarianism. Not fairness. Fairness is only one means to that end.
