Send him a RAT test and a hand written note telling him to * off would hopefully be our response.

I was playing in a game on Sunday and one of the oppo bowlers genuinely bowled a delivery exactly the same as this. He came on to finish an over after a previous bowler got warned off for 2 beamers. This guy bowled 6 deliveries - 2 like little Johnny, a nearly double bouncer, 2 were OK and 2 beamers. Another bowler had to take the last 3 deliveries as this bloke was also warned off. The first ball from the new bloke was a full bunger that dipped just below waist height and the batsman tried a pull shot, got a bottom edge onto the stumps from wide and full outside off. Genuinely the worst and funniest over I have seen in about 45 years of cricket.

They say that Elysse Perry might be dropped.
In a form slump.

Considering her T20 batting only, Perry in each WBBL since it commenced in 2015/16:

15/16 430 runs @ 94 sr

16/17 384 runs @ 96 sr

17/18 552 runs @ 99 sr

18/19 777 runs @ 121 sr(not in the top 15 strike rates of players scoring over 200 runs that season)

19/20 469 runs @ 112 sr(20th highest sr of players above 200 runs in the season)

20/21 390 runs @ 97 sr

21/22 358 runs @ 91 sr.

And given she got 5 wickets and her bowling went at 8rpo in the latest renewal of the WBBL….she should not even be considered for selection. She just occupies the crease and blocks drains. She has long been an atrocious T20 bat based on her output and in recent years her bowling is no better. It should be no surprise she is omitted from the team, for it has been a major shock she has been included in the Aus T20 team for so long.

All those people still think the rest of the world isn’t laughing at us?

Those other 3 countries all below 50% vaxxed

Nice try mate.
The US are tracking at 800,000 new cases a day.
Why would we want them?
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention forecast predicts more than 61,000 new US Covid-19 deaths will occur over next 4 weeks.
Think about it - 61,000 deaths in a month.
We're hardly a laughing stock.
The forecast could mean an average of 2,575 Covid-19 deaths a day, up from a current average of 1,576 per day, according to John's Hopkins University data.

Per capita our daily case rate is twice that of the USA. If we had the population of the US, our daily deaths yesterday would have been 990 yesterday (60% of Americas) and our daily case numbers would be a whopping 998,000.

Let that sink in.

We have serious supply chain and economic issues.

Can tell you now that home schooling will enter its third year too. Screenshot_20220120-172055_Twitter.jpg

But, but Twitter says……

Amazing reality television.
"For the past seven years, Dan's sac has grown uncontrollably."

A few months ago I was watching tv late at night and a doco came titled The man with the biggest testicles.
Was a different bloke but I just couldn’t look away!

As crazy as under 18 driving forklifts sound I know plenty of sub 18 year olds more intelligent and responsible than some knucklehead adults who do all sorts of dangerous jobs.
Maybe introduce various intelligence, reasoning and psychological tests for all jobs not just some, and ignore age at either end of the scale.
Know plenty of people pushed out the door due to being too old who were miles ahead of younger colleagues.

Wouldn’t be using our current figures as an accurate gauge of things to come. We’re at the peak of holiday season where everyone’s out and about partying, socialising etc so high numbers expected.
US on the other hand in the middle of winter and hibernating so have no excuse. Kings of ignorance.
Rather be here than there any day!

The irony .... drinking before 18 is illegal, but everyone thought they were capable and infallible and does it.
Age is just a number.
I know dozens of 30, 40 and even a few 58-year-olds who shouldn't do many things as they are a liability, but play on apparently.
I'm 50 and as a consequence young at being old, but I don't feel any different to when I was 38 or 40, but age tells me I can't.
Albeit illegally (apparently), I was operating a forklift when I was 16.

Im saying way less people want to travel here now
You really think it hasn’t decreased?
I beg the differ, we can agree to disagree on that
No probs

Of course. Without wanting to state the obvious, but 2 1/2 years ago I wanted to travel to China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea. Now there is no way I want to go to any of those countries. It may be years before I revisit the idea. That's the new reality of international travel. In a few years, assuming we still aren't dealing with variants, the Koala's in the zoos will be all busy getting their photos taken again by swarms of international tourists.

I don't care if less people want to travel here - they'd probably be bringing in more COVID if they do come.
Nine-tenths of the world is not travelling anywhere, not just here.
Are Australians exiting overseas in record numbers?
It's a moot point.
