Imagine that’s what his plan would be. Can the Crows get him on to their list somehow if does go well?
If we get hit with Covid, pretty sure he will be available to us to play as a top up.

We also could draft him mid year if he is available at our pick.

If someone moves to the long term injury list (Seedsman) before 09/03/22 then he could be added to our list via the supplementary selection period.

I couldn’t see Freeman leaving his management career in Melbourne just for a state league team spot anyway.

What are Dudley and O’Loughlin doing this year?

Just highlighting how wrong I was.

Keen to see what the specific rules changes have been to allow him to play for us.

Huge get for the kid, and in the event of a LTI he could find himself back on an AFL list with us.

Will be a huge boost to our young midfield group

I’m very happy with the Freeman SANFL signing, and even though he might get poached by another club before we are ready to make him an offer, if a time does come either at this year’s mid season draft, or the end of year DFA period, we have put ourselves in a great position to become Nathan’s club of choice if multiple clubs are making offers.

Here’s hoping he can have an injury free first half of 2022, because if he does that, I have no doubt he’ll be on an AFL list by December at the latest.

Side note: “speed and power” ✅ and ✅
