Yeah he'll do.
Bulldogs do have Macrae, Daniel and Bailey Dale coming up as FA's, as well as Tim English and Bailey Smith coming out of contract with the WA teams supposedly ready to offer English a deal. Imagine you're busting out the cheque book for Macrae for sure, Dale too, could certainly see a salary squeeze where someone gets pushed out.

Dunkley being one year off FA is irritating. Would cost us a first round pick just for that extra year

Would have to be an end of round 1st rounder at best unless a team is deperate for him given he'll be out of contract....and contingent on him being regular 22 at the Doggies this season. He's a good mid but he's nowhere near the real top guys.

Laird will probably just sneak in to the last few spots.

Are they ignoring Seedsman because of his injury?
I don't know the answer to that but Rowan Marshall that high is also ridiculous, good ruckman/Utility but the 14th best player in the League at this point? No Way.

Dunkley seems unlikely to move outside Melbourne/Sydney

“Before the draft Dunkley had made his desire to stay in his home state of Victoria well known and only nominated the Swans as a father and son when he didn’t receive assurances from Victorian clubs they would draft him.

The Swans said they had no problem with this but would only take him late in the draft.”

??… thats an article from 2015!… how is that in anyway relevant?..

the whole discussion/rumour centres around him maybe wanting a trade to an Adelaide team because his missus is going to be in Adelaide..

what he may or may not have wanted to do back in 2015 in his draft year means nothing now.

still.. do we really want him?.. Mutineer seems to suggest a page or so ago he’s poor by foot. if so.. no thanks. we need an elite mid or three. not more poor ball users.

His partner probably didn't play netball in Adelaide 7 years ago

Just changing the subject but what is the story about Sam Berry's practice match where the AFL site had him attending 14 centre bounces but only managed 10 fantasy points for the game? Something's not right.
Anyone know?
