WA is almost the centre of white ball expertise. At the same time they are grateful SA exists because they have been ordinary in the Shield for a long time.

I think the Wood/Langer era at the WACA focussed on white ball success.

Stoinis for example improved his white ball game while his red ball went down the gurgler when he returned to WA.
