I am sure Newtown beat Liverpool (Southern Districts) by well over 300 points to set a new SFL record back in 1981, but I don't know the exact scores
What would call the highest score ever recorded anywhere in any league? I would say 110.27 but it isn't recognised in the Guinness World Records. Why?

i think it was an underage (U19?) game, but otherwise, I presume it is the highest
the scores are bloody amazing!! how can a team get so crap as to let through over 600 points???
don't see any AFL teams doing to each other, has that ever happened?

If I'm right, Geelong has the highest VFL/AFL score with 37.17 239 against Brisbane at Carrara in about 1991 when Gary Ablett was flying.
I think the Swans might be second with about 236 in 1987.
SUNSHINE HEIGHTS 9.3 17.8 27.15 44.16.280
BRUNSWICK POWER 0.1 1.2 1.2 2.6.18
Goals SH A. Pante 12, Camilleri 7, Greto 6, Saleb 4, Nicoladies 3, Demetriou 3, Dean 2

Not as much as Heights flogged them by last year (63 goals from memory)... but a pretty big score considering it poored with rain for 3/4's!!!
Hope the Power stick at it and get better as the yrs go on.

I can't remember the quarter-by-quarter's for the South Launceston game, but the game up at Boyer New Norfolk booted 16.2 in the final quarter.I'm impressed by the efforts of Clarence and South Launceston to still kick 11 and 10 goals while conceding monsters like that.
...from memory they beat us in the granny by about 40 goals..not bad considerin it was under 12's! the teams midfeild had jed addcock (lions) troy chaplin (port power) and brett delidio (tigers) in it! fair line up of players[/quote said:you are telling me...what team was this?

Two scores I would add to the 350+ scores:

Geelong West 1.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 (12)

Note: Doug Ensor scored 60 goals and 8 behinds in four 15 minute quarters and 8 minutes of time on. He scored 40 goals the next week and got dropped.
