Word around that Tayla has been in contact with bri Davey her old mate from the Carlton days and has expressed interest to reunite to play with Bri at Collingwood next season she’s happy with her season at Melbourne but says she’s not entirely happy with her contract and says she would like to play with bri again
Harris says she prefers to play and train at Holden Center as she’s lives close by in south bank
This would be great for Collingwood and if they can sign Tayla up this would be great
I hope it come true
 
Just in case anybody is stupid enough to actually believe that fantasy...

Melbourne aren't going to trade Harris to Collingwood unless it involves getting Molloy in return (4xAA for a 2xAA, but somewhat offset by the ~18 months difference in age). They would prefer to lose her for nothing to an expansion team, rather than help a fellow contender out with a lopsided deal.

Presumably directed at Brianna Davey, so far the only player mentioned in the OP who has actually decided to leave a club for more money (while captain, mind you, which definitely thrilled her former Carlton teammates).

Who knows where Davey will be playing next season! In any case, it won't be at the Holden Centre because games aren't played there, which evidently timokane isn't aware of.

If she wanted to be a pie and play with Bri she could have, we were obviously after a forward as we pursued Sabrina and got her.
 
Bri has signed for the Pies for the next 2 years. Tayla is one of her best close mates too they catch up alot.

She has one year left on her deal after this current season. Probably looking to sign an extension in a couple months, which I doubt Collingwood is too keen on.

St Kilda will be making Davey a big offer and they will have a reasonably high pick to give up. She could also join Ess/Haw/PA/Syd as a free agent. Contract shmontract.

Because she just had another knee reco, will be 29 for the season in question, and is paid top dollar (by AFLW standards). Collingwood also have two of the best under-25s in Molloy and Schleicher--don't want to lowball them after the Garner debacle, and it's not like you can work each deal out in a vacuum. Why not wait a year to get the pecking order right rather than rushing it now and potentially getting it wrong.

Plus they have Lambert and Bonnici to worry about first, both out of contract at season's end. If one of them is intent on joining an expansion team, then maybe it's a different story. At the moment it seems more likely that a quality player will be squeezed out rather than brought in, which I'd say is true of all top 6 sides.
 
You wouldnt think an expansion team would target Brit or Bri now given their injuries. Lambert would be a target even at 30 next year but more so Malloy and Schleicher given their ages.
They are the two pies need to lock away if possible.

saw tayla harris at vic park at the collingwood match yesterday she was there on the bench with some of the players and was talking to them then had a walk around and took it in.
Me thinks shes keen on joining collingwood for the next aflw she says she would like to play vflw too.

Tayla harris was at victoria park between 3-5 in the arvo hanging out with oppo players then drove down to casey for her game at 7?
A must win game to stay on top of the ladder.

She was there for a portion of the game.

Was she casting an eye over her future Collingwood teammates? Or was she supporting a certain Richmond player? Who can say for sure.

Adelaide are gonna need to find some new forwards to replace Phillips, Woodland and Ponter. Maybe the Crows will give her a call.
 
Imagine if the first rounder we got from Izzy Huntington was used only to get Harris Taylor.
