Absolute disgrace.

Short point is we look a bit cooked for this year. I get the impression a lot of our players aren’t quite fit enough. Might be in part the torrid finish to last year and the short preseason, or some might have taken the foot off.

Scott, Dale, Dunkley and Libba all pretty good.

Schache started poorly but those two goals gave us a sniff.

McComb selection I do not get. Martin’s cooked, so how bad is Sweet right now? Horrible unforced skill errors murdered us.

We should've lost by more. Credit to Adelaide they came in with a gamestyle to beat us and made us look like the truly average side we are.

We rely too much on emotion without structure or system and it's showing us to be a truly average side outside of finals.

Who is in charge of this forward line?

It's literally Cody, Jamarra, and Naughton all crashing into each other for the same air contest every time.

There is no spacing or block system for each other. The amount of times one of our forwards has the ball spoiled by a completely different bulldog forward's defender when we go forward is just horrific.

Naughton is a premier key forward in the competition and he's left jumping into a group of 5 people or getting mauled because we can't manufacture a genuine one on one.

The ability to score efficiently should be papering over the cracks elsewhere, of which there are plenty, but the forward line is the worst it's ever been. It's not for a lack of talent.

Beveridge has had his assistant corps cleaned out again and boy does he need some serious support in there otherwise it'll be his head, quickly.
