Probably a good election to lose for the LNP. Reckon the last 2 years have really knocked them over. Any politician would have had enough. Let Labor deal with the economic/social fallout from covid, increasing interest rates, rising inflation, rising petrol prices, supply chain disruptions, labour and material shortages, housing affordability, potential for a recession, increasing China ‘muscle’ in our region, potential for escalation in Russia/Ukraine conflict etc etc etc. All big ticket items that affect everyday life. All this whilst Labor is held hostage to it’s woke agendas, identity politics and billionare capitalist climate activists like Simon Holmes a Court and Cannon-Brookes pretending to care about climate change rather than their hip pocket.
Hopefully now Albo is PM he can fully and properly investigate those bullying ‘mean girls’ that contributed to senator Kitching’s fatal heart attack rather than sweeping it under the carpet and pretending that this sort of vulgar stuff is only limited to the Liberals. Don’t think he’ll be a soft touch either for those Green fruit loops and single issue Teals who are basically full of white, wealthy middle class females that have somehow infiltrated parliament now and have zero idea about how the real world works….

The policy under Gillard was significantly better.

Liberal party ducked that with their bullshit after Abbott got elected. They would have even scrapped the NDIS if they got the chance. The Libs haven't been a "liberal" party since the 70s.

In fact the ALP of today is closer to the Libs of the 70s.
The libs need to stop running towards American conservatism, useless campaigners will blame the election result on everything but.

Honest question, genuinely interested in the answer: why do you keep posting stuff about him? He’s a sad old man that lost the only thing that ever mattered to him (arguing with strangers on an Internet forum), just leave him to wallow in his own pity and let the rest of us move on without him.

Labor has enough seats to form a majority government, The Australian is projecting.

A batch of new seats were called this morning, pushing Labor to 77, one more than the 76 required and averting the prospect of a minority government.

Among the races called on Sunday were the Sydney seat of Bennelong, where Labor’s Jerome Laxale is the likely winner over the Liberals’ Simon Kennedy, and the Victorian seat of Deakin where Michael Sukkar has been unseated by Matt Gregg.

Only four seats remain in doubt – Lyons, TAS (ALP), Menzies, VIC (LIB), Moore, WA (LIB) and Sturt, SA (LIB).

I reckon he necked a couple of those Albo Pale Ales last night though. He wanted to call it but couldn’t quite bring himself to believe it. Tony Banks was downing the ScoMo Bitter and was gagging on the yeasty undertones all nights.

Suck s**t ScoMo and your religious qanon cultist pack of zealots.

Funny how you think women have no idea about the real world. Which of the many worlds people live in are you talking about? ... But wealthy middle class males, they know it all, right?

Reckon it was a bit sneaky for the Oz to go with that given there’s been all of about 1% of the nationwide votes counted today and the landscape hasn’t changed much from last night.

Having said that, it would be absolutely extraordinary if labor can’t cobble together four more seats at this point.

But other than all that iam sure it will go swimingly.

Those Teal indies could always sign up to the penticostal church for a swift lesson on how the real world works, i mean what the hell would a female professional know that wasnt preached in a church or taught in marketing school? Let alone 6 of them.....

And as for somehow infiltrating paliament, the audacity of their constituents voting them in!

Fair enough. He threatened someone close to me, so for just a little while (to quote Paul Keating) Im going to do him slowly.

Be the bigger man… he’s slowly disappearing

True. But we're 1-9 and Im feeling very small and very petty.
If it helps… we all didn’t expect to finish that high… a few other teams are only just better than us and one in particular was tipped by Malthouse for the flag
