They are basically an elite midfield, a gun key forward and some good rebounding defenders. They never seem to address their weaknesses.

He never handpasses. The umpires simply ignore his throws.

It is a skill, but one which needs to be penalised 100% of the times it is executed as it is not a part of Aussie Rules (with the exception of the boundary umpire, when thy return the ball to the field umpire after a goal has been scored and that does not apply to Libratore).
