As much as we need a coach with senior experience, my money would be on Giansiracusa with Leon Cameron as a senior assistant.

If we end up with Leon Cameron I am officially giving up.
We would all love for Clarko to take over as coach but I can’t see it happening.

Clarke with Simmo as senior assistant, choco in development and a few of clarko's preferred assistants. Also an actual ruckman as ruck coach and a coach to purely focus on situational set ups and ball movement.

I just think Clarko will have other options pushed/supported by AFL.

Club desperately needs a leader, a figurehead, someone that is respected. Scott, Shaw and Noble have all been bargain big appointments. Club apparently has a ‘war chest’, use it and get Clarkson instead of the 7th best assistant out there again.

That Noble's unorthodox but thorough background would give us a steady unifying leader.

The last 2 you can count out Cameron will do some sort of media with an AFL job offer of some description that leaves the top 2 maybe as Senior Assistant only.
Still thing a Mark Williams could help us as 1 his not soft and 2 could approve us
