"shame it was an ugly match."

St Kilda were terrible, I think they had 2 goals up till the 3rd quarter. The surface was all sandy and slow, ball movement poor, a lot of congestion and even the swans fans left early.

Looking forward to a big magpie turnout. 36,500 I’m expecting!

Teams shoildnt be allowed to sell home games elsewhere, if your not financially viable should be made to go under

I disagree, I think it’s a great opportunity to get games into locations where a club will never be based.

Bendigo, Darwin, Townsville… etc. The big one we still need to get games into is Newcastle.

North are in a world of trouble if Tassie don’t get a team, as that will most likely make 2022 the last year in Hobart and little time to find a good deal to play games elsewhere. Albury probably the only option. They will get much better crowds but the $$$ will be much less. Assume they are already working on it.

Bendigo would have been a much better option than Ballarat!

Why not both, an AFL team split across both.
Geelong plays 7 games in Geelong plus 4 in Melbourne (I think that’s the split)

How about 4 games each in Bendigo and Ballarat with 3 at Marvel.
Have a super regional team and retain the connection to Melbourne.
