On paper, the Friday matches look dire.

Roosters-Knights are always close games. Though one has to ask why the Rabbits- Storm isn't Friday night. I am assuming it is because Melbourne played Sunday, but they could have played that Storm game on Saturday.

That is categorically incorrect.

Only 1 game since 2015, the total margin has been under 10 points. 1 in 12 games in recent history.

Even when we've won, we've done it well.

I get the feeling we're all just waiting for the finals series. Not much for me to look forward to that's for sure.
Yep, worst time of the year for the same clubs every season (Newcastle, Wests, Warriors, Dragons, Titans).

Every now and then one of them will be in for a sniff of finals but it's only ever a week 1 exit anyway.

I find myself watching more and more other sports as each year goes by rather than a Rugby league game.

Supporting Newcastle and Carlton over the years, I generally stop watching footy altogether by about the same time each year haha.

Even though we're dying in the ass this season, at least Carlton is giving me some joy for a change.

I'm lucky I have my son's footy too which is where most of my passion goes these days. Pies going much, much better than expected too. Carlton has been a breath of fresh air. Will only get better too I think and that's good for the comp.

At least we all have other teams we can follow. :)

Fair enough have always enjoyed the games but I love watching Ponga and a few from the Roosters like Walker

Eels v Broncos playing for top 4.

Want to see how Sharks go against Penrith.

Want to see if the Storm are really done.

Yeah the rest not so much.

Yeah don't mind the Dogs- Titans game purely as it will be entertaining and not much defence.

Do think the best game this week is the Thursday game, and I do hope the Parramatta that defeated Penrith and Melbourne make an appearance tonight.

The Sharks/Penrith game would have been a better Friday night game, but I do think the Manly/Illawarra game could be interesting, especially as Illawarra need the win to remain in the finals hunt.

Souths-Melbourne could be a cracker pity about the weather
