2022 - Miss Finals (likely 9th-10th)

What is the direction of this club? They've been the definition of a rollercoaster club since appointing Beveridge. Looking at their list, they appear to have one of the strongest cores of players in the competition, and yet they've never been consistent enough to finish in the top 4.

Is Beveridge really the right man for the job? Bulldogs fans seem to have turned on him.

A little like Collingwood, generally strong side with one obvious weakness that they seem unable to fix.

How on Earth are they not making top four with their list?

It’s not that great. It’s good, but not great. Workmanlike, mostly.

They went on a great run at the end of 2016 and won a flag.

They’ve basically been average aside from that.

But they did win the flag, saying it was gifted to them is laughable.

It was there for the snatching - Hawthorn were done and Richmond weren’t ready. They grabbed it.

I totally forgot about Toby McLean, how come there was no rule change for him?

Haha, Sydney were by far the best side. They were given that GF. The AFL came out afterwards and said the umpiring was sub par.

You’ve got Weightman on record saying he basically perfects how to draw a free. The fact a player can do that means the game is absolutely shot.
