Yep - Scaife, as you say, likely outside this range.NGA players can only be matched outside the top 40
F. YeahReckon we aim for F. Inal this year and pull out all the stops to land P. Remier in 2023.
#SuckShitFreoNGA players can only be matched outside the top 40
Then we really need to take him. Here's a list of candidates in that height range:

l am a great believer in taking the best available, but our most important need seems to be more speed & better ball use, so that mid field type who has flexibility to play multiple roles, probably the Bailey Williams type.Do we need a medium forward though. Have no idea how good George is but next year we will gave Martin, JSOS , Honey and (at a pinch) McGovern on our list who can all play medium forward and you could include Fisher.
Don't really see it as an area of need unless draftee is a complete gane changer in which case he's probably not getting down to our pick.
I think we’re two depth players short but with Harry, Charlie and Jack only turning 25 this year we’re probably 2-3 years away from needing to rebuild our tall stocks with top end picks.Agree with DD, we need a draft a key position forward.

Darcy Hogg. Maybe late-rookie choice, at best.Do we have any potential NGA players this year?

Oh sorry, of course, he's F/S.I don’t think Hogg is NGA
As for next year, Ashton Moir is one of the best 17 year olds in some time. Forward that plays taller than his height, switches which foot he kicks for goal and if he can split his time further up the ground (has the attributes), would be easily in contention to go pick 1
Asked why he switches from right or left when kicking at goals, "Depends which way the wind is coming from"
Is he gonna last to our Pick 18?
We can just trade back
Seems next year might be a better crop than this year. Harley Reid looks special. As does Nick Watson. As for next year, Ashton Moir is one of the best 17 year olds in some time. I know it is said a lot, next year, but the top end is ridiculously good compared to this year
This year feels a bit like 2017
Would you forfeit this years to have 2 bites at next years?
Has x factor. Kicked bags of 5 & 6 for Murray Bushrangers this year. Twomey rates about pick 14. Perfect.George seemed to be the one that stood out to me looking at the bare stats.
I'm usually a bit harsh on players who struggle to find the ball at u18s level, but if you think of his as playing a sort of key forward role at that level it makes sense.
Anyone here a cop that could organise a booze bus?Might need to get SOS to go tap him on the shoulder. Or knee. Or ankle. Any of those should do.
