tindarra hood would have to be a chance you would think for metro. he busted his collarbone around 6-7 weeks ago, but was still named in the initial squad, so they must think he has something and if he could get himself fit he would definately go close to making the cut.
Is that Josh Purcell from St Kevins that plays at Oakleigh Chargers..?

Yeh thats Josh Purcell. He is about 6-1 to 6-2. unreal verticle leap, he outrucked a guy who is 6-7!. can run four quarters of a game out no problem. very strong and mobile. great mark. good skills. definately draftable.

Woody is Edward Carr from Maffra, didnt make the squad of 60, very unlucky, way to good for local footy this year.

For the Vic Metro side maybe they should also look at Mark Anderson, he made the initial cut of 50 but had to go during one of the matches. He ended up with nothing major but could still miss out on lack of muscle.

Where does it say he made initial squad??? Gone right thru list from earlier thread and could not see his name.
Should be interesting playing each other three times will be good to see all the players play . I think the metro team will be to strong for the country boys again with the likes of watts jakobi etc . Has any one got an opinion of Joel Roos where's he at with his footy?
Didn't Vic Country beat Vic Metro last year (u/15 making boys u/16 this year)? If same boys chosen why would it be any different this year?
