There isn't a rule that says if one arm is freed you have to get rid of the ball... I don't even know what you are trying to say here? If you haven't had prior all you need to do is make a genuine attempt, doesn't matter how many arms or legs you have free nuff nuff.

Umpire paid no genuine attempt.
 
HTB is such a simple rule interpreted so poorly across the comp. Did they have prior? If not, did they make a reasonable effort to dispose properly? If yes, then no free.

Not that hard to see he had no prior and had his armed pinned and so couldn’t dispose properly. Not rocket science…
Arm with the ball was not pinned.
