There isn't a rule that says if one arm is freed you have to get rid of the ball... I don't even know what you are trying to say here? If you haven't had prior all you need to do is make a genuine attempt, doesn't matter how many arms or legs you have free nuff nuff.

There was no genuine attempt, he rocked his head when one arm with the ball was free to dispose of it....

If the ball was pinned, it would be a ball up.

What do you want him to do? Just drop it. He was tackled as soon as he got it and the other arm was pinned so he couldn't handball it.
