It’s all just bizarre at the moment. Not sure how we have 17 points but we do. Not sure how we won 6-2 but we did. Not sure why Perisic was deployed on the right and why Sanchez played at all, but he was and he did.

Not even sure if Conte knows what he is doing at the moment but it appears that he does.

They say a good team wins games even when they play poorly. We must, on that basis be a very good team because we have been poor most of the season.

Hopefully the 3 in midfield experiment at the 70 min mark is deployed more regularly. Looked a different team once Bissouma came on. We were pretty gash for the 1st hour. The foxes set piece defending was laughable!!

Been watching a few of those Youtube clips around Dele Alli and where it all went wrong, after all his meteoric rise came super early so the talent is there to play at the level (of the greats).


Seems it all went to see when we lost Eriksen and he didn't have a consistent ball playing attacker to feed him balls in the air or on the ground and became overly reliant on HK who himself was required to be 'the man'.

Can't help but think that if we had of kept Eriksen, Alli may have maintained a reasonable level and the squad could have at least kept a hold on Champions League football and pushed for domestic trophies.


Really is a sad state of affairs for Dele, shipped out on loan from a Premier League club to bloody Besiktas not even 5 years after winning the PFA young player of the year in one of the premier divisions in the world.

Was a favourite of mine at one stage, and still only 26 so could seek some redemption and prove Jose wrong in due time. All up to him now

Quick shout out to Destiny Udogie, the 19 year old is fast becoming one of Udinese's better players as they sit 3rd after 7 league matches, ahead of Juve, Inter, AC and Roma.

6 matches, 2 goals, and an xG rating of 1.38 for his troubles (threw this in here but don't fully understand how it's scored).
