Love Mitch. When he cried I almost went with him. He was crying when he was talking about his partner and children and how he wouldn't have been playing without their support.

Acknowledged his ADHD behaviour and the fact that the players both love him and he drives them nuts at times. But knows he brings energy and players like him getting them up and about at training

Thanks Robbo. You can't to us when no-one else would and you helped change the club to a place where elite players wanted to be.

As your number one fan, I raise a glass to you. Cheers mate.

Bugger, forgot it was on and only tuned in so missed O's award and Mitch's speech.

Any surprise retirements?

Also, how was Fagan's coach's address?

No surprise retirements. Fagan spoke in general terms about the year, thanked a lot of people, said not to dwell on the final game of the year and to have a great night.

I'm confused why Fagan made a speech let alone was even there. If he is taking a "leave of absence" I would have thought he would not be taking part in anything official
It was recorded.
