Tough loss, but to be expected with the lack of guards available in the rotation (that second quarter hurt in particular – don't know why it took them so long to get RJ in the game).

But Paolo

Jalen was massive down the stretch today. He may still be a player yet, especially if he can start to hit the three with a bit of consistency. Warriors crumbling

Vooch chokes at the line and Jalen calls game!
Wendell Carter, Franz Wagner (pick 8), 2023 1st round pick to come and 2 missed free throws to seal the game, I think we might be ahead in this trade.

Is this real? Or a false dawn?

I think it's a bit of both. We're definitely better than our record but some of the wins (Toronto x 2 and Atlanta) is us catching teams during turbulent periods. For example, Scottie Barnes is either playing injured or being an ass for the Raptors and Trae Young recently pulled himself from a game due to a disagreement with the coach. The Hawks were also missing Colins and Murray.

Overall, it's a bit because the talent is growing and a bit because of luck.

Would scoot Henderson suit this team better than Viktor Wembanyama?
Not that we would get a choice of either.

In terms of fit, yes. Scoot is much better.

We have a good C with Wendell Carter Jr but our point guard spot is still up in the air a bit.

Even if we have to shift people around, it's easier for us to move someone to SG (say Suggs or Cole or both) than it is for us to move someone to PF where we already have Paolo and maybe JI.

I like the optimism on JI, but it's been two years now where he's been missing. We need to move him on IMO and just bank on Paolo being the man.

Still got Cole, Suggs, Fultz to compete for that PG long-term

Six in a row! I ******* love this team. Eat s**t, Eddie House

So close to another today too.

Down by a dozen and we still fought back for the lead. Unlucky to get the foul on free throws, and then miss the last shot but at least we played it out. The streak had to end some time, but now it really resets us for a good look at actually making something of this season rather than having another failure.

8 of 9 now. Amazing what a relatively healthy roster can do.

All of a sudden, we're looking like a very deep squad. Rotations will be interesting when Suggs and Isaac (lol) are back
